Earlier today (06TH MARCH 2021) I’ve receive a call from a devastated policy holder, apparently she took a policy from another agent which we don’t know them at all. She seek my advice about she is unable to  make any claims from the policy which she is paying for 5 years (monthly rm200.00). They took initiative to walk in to the respected insurance branch, she was shocked when she hear there is no coverage for the policy that she paid for 5 years from the officer.
